Making a Difference: Measuring Your Outcomes
LOCATION: Rockville Library
DATE: Monday, December 8, 2014
TIME: 9:30 am - 11:30 am

This workshop provides an opportunity for you to think about measuring how your program is changing the lives of your clients. By attending this workshop, you should be better prepared to identify your key desired client and program outcomes, and to understand how you might be able to measure them more systematically. The workshop includes time for discussion of how to select and measure your outcomes, and will give you some tools and templates to take back with you to use in your own evaluations. The instructors will also be available to meet individually with you in future weeks to help you figure out how to apply the concepts and tools to the particular needs of your organization. This workshop is particularly useful for Executive Directors or other staff or volunteers involved in evaluating programs or writing grants.
This workshop is offered free to Montgomery County Volunteer Center registered nonprofits. We are able to offer this at no charge thanks to the generosity of our esteemed instructors - Pam Saussy and Barry Seltser - who are sharing their expertise and experience through the Volunteer Center's Pro Bono Consultant Program.
